These Terms of Service govern your use of the photography and video production services provided by VisualFrame. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our platform provides professional photography, video recording, and visual equipment consultation services. All services are described accurately on our website. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes beyond the technical execution of agreed-upon work.
You agree to provide accurate information for project briefs and respect intellectual property rights. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for securing necessary permits for shooting locations.
All visual content created by VisualFrame remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, a license for the agreed-upon use (e.g., commercial, editorial) is granted to the client. Raw footage and source files are not included unless specified in the contract.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled shoot to avoid full session charges. Refunds for delivered digital files are not provided.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, client-provided material issues).
